  • We offer free shipping to UK customers with orders over £50 and standard shipping options at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are between 3-5 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days for worldwide destinations. 
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide to select countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
  • International delivery times vary but typically range from 6-7 days or 1-3 weeks depending on the destination.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping rates.

4. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • All orders include tracking information, which will be sent via email upon shipment.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal service or neighbours before contacting us. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
