Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

At GeorgiaReneeBoutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns, refunds and exchanges policy below.

We accept returns for both exchanges and refunds for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery:

Non-eligible items 

  • Custom or personalised items (including made-to-order pieces)
  • Earrings (for health and hygiene reasons)

Exceptions will be made for any non-eligible items that arrive damaged or defective.  

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with packaging intact.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to offer a replacement or refund as necessary.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email georgiareneeboutique@gmail.com or reach out via our website with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Ship the Item Back: We will provide return instructions.
  3. Processing: Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or applicable refund.
